Valley Services has a 24/7 emergency response team. Please call our office to find out our current response time.
Can we make changes during the reconstruction?
Yes! If you would like to make minor upgrades to the affected area, you simply pay the difference between your selections and the approved amount.
Can I purchase my own materials?
You can, however materials we did not source are not included under warranty..
When will repairs start?
Upon approval from your insurance adjuster, your file will be given to the production department for scheduling. After that your assigned Superintendent will handle scheduling of repairs.
Can I do some of the work myself?
After Valley has completed the approved scope of work, you are welcome to complete any other desired repairs. Valley provides a workmanship warranty for the repairs we complete.
What will I owe out of pocket?
Valley Services works directly with the insurance adjuster to complete repairs based on an approved estimate. Only your deductible and any client-requested change orders will be out of pocket.

Dean McCarthy comes with a very large wealth of field and strong operational experience. With over 30 years of industry expertise, including custom home building and remodeling in the Adirondack Park region of upstate New York, as well as working as Director of Operations for a Multi-State REO General contractor, Dean has played a pivotal management role in the construction, remodeling, and restoration of over 15,000 homes.
